Long before beginning her real estate career, Denise gained firsthand experience through six owner/builder home construction projects and two major remodels alongside her husband. From coordinating subcontractors to completing hands-on work throughout the building process, she developed a deep understanding of construction quality and what adds lasting value to a property. That experience continues to give her clients a distinct advantage when evaluating homes, navigating inspections, or preparing a property for sale.
